comments not showing up in submitted form

i have a rather large form for clients that seems to be working almost perfectly at http://www.reecon.org/forms.php except for the fact that any info entered into the comments box is not showing up when submitted. I'm sure its something simple, lol, but i'm pounding my head against the desk, plz help.

Is your encoding type set to multipart/form-data?

Looks like your text box may be to close to the edge of the form, try making the form area larger. I notice that the reset button does not work either.

The text area is outside the form boundaries. Follow instructions by D'son. Then move the text area by a pixel or two, until the form border becomes bluish which indicates that it is being included in the form.
