    Form submission assistance

Hi, i am new to the forum and web building. however i have managed to use bluevoda to create a web page for a cab company. problem is althouh the site is online , the forms cannot be submitted to the email address, because the whole php script i dont understand.

i used the in built php processor from bluevoda and got a page saying the link is inaccurate or does not exist

Also, got a ($_server[php_self']) error in the address bar. now, i get something else since i have been modifying the html code instead. i have even used php form wizard, but still no luck

    the url is http://www.eaglestars.org.uk/hometoair.html.

can anyone help, am kinda on a tight schedule

    Re: Form submission assistance

Well. it seems that you have mixed TOO many things:

    1. action="<? mailto: info@eaglestars.org.uk;?>"
Just check the "Use built in Form Processor

    2. enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded"
    Make it "multipart Form data

    3. Go in View, Page Properties, and set the page extension to be php (when published)

    4. In the form wizard, provide your email address, as well as the Thank you page and Errpr page URLs.
Avoid URLs like /success.html . Write the FULL URL: http://www.eaglestars.org.uk/success.html

The same for the Error URL: http://www.eaglestars.org.uk/error.html . Create one if you haven't alreadsy.

Save, Publish, and Rfefresh your browser before testing.

ok. i gonna need a place to look for a success and error.html page.

      Also whats does the
http://www.eaglestars.org.uk/&#37;3C?%20echo($_SERVER[%27PHP_SELF%27]);?%3E mean. i know its a missing file error, but which one.

one more thing. i aint publishing my pages with bluevoda. my domain is being hosted by another host. will that compromise performance?

this is absolutely the funniest link i have ever read. i'm making a form with the form wizard but im hosting with another company. Will that affect the results. WOW, i still cant stop laughing. why would you use blue voda if you are not going to host with blue voda?
        good luck
