i did create this php.ini file in the ABVFP folder .... the same problem nothing changes.... note i get a success message but without the uploaded file also in the uploads directory...
i'm tooo confused now i can't find the problem!

You need to create this local php.ini in the folder where the processor script is, in other words in the ABVFP folder, not in your public_html

i did create the php.ini modify file and changed the max upload and max post limit to 25MB still i can't upload files larger than 2MB
i can't understand why
by the way the memory limit is 32MB

The max upload file does NOT depend on ABVFP but depends on the server settings. You can increase it by creating a local php.ini file . However, you need to increase three parameters: memory_limit, upload_max_filesize, and post_max_size.

how can i change my php uploading max filesize?
i tried ABVFP and set the max file size to 15 MB but still when i submit the form the files that are more than 2MB are beeing deleted
