How do I insert a form to BlueVoda made in FormMaker pro

I made in form in FormMaker and it seems to working. I would like to insert it into a page I make in bluevoda builder. My problem is that I don't have a clue as to how to do that?

Hi, you need to go into FMP & click on the form you have created to get an area of the page with a download button. You then have to download the form & then upload back up to your server, (don't ask) lol.
I then personally then find it easier to find the url of the uploaded form & pop it in an iframe on your BV page.
My contact form is done this way.

You could view source of the page and insert the source codes into an html box. Thats how i usually do it.
