Trouble with Contact Pages

When I fill out the required info on my site contact page and press send, it shows a 'The requested URL /www.dnsvideo.ca/success.html was not found on this server.' error message and nothing arrives in the email box I have set the form to send the info to.
Yet if I copy and paste that address in the error message into a browser address bar, it shows my published success page. My servers were replaced not long ago, so I have republished all pages concerned with the contact section of my web site.
I watched, followed, and used the Form builder within blue voda to build this form and set all of the URL's correctly.
What is causing this?

Go back into your form properties and change it to
success.html
only
