Help with forms & ABVPT

It was so easy & fun until...the forms.

I have been working on uploading my forms for about a week. all forms have the extension of .php - I have checked my form properties - checked application/xxx -filled out the information. I have read the tutorials, I have read the forum. I am over looking something because they do not upload.

I have loaded AVBFP - but can not get to the installtion page - the folder is in the CP, database made in CP, when I type lwalkercycling.com/ABVFP.dbts_install.php - I get an error message

What is even more fustrating is now none of my pages are showing up on the web - none - not even the ones that were working.

ABVFP is NOT correctly installed.
1. The folder is named abvfp instead of ABVFP. Consequently all the instructions should be modified accordingly.
2. You uploaded the entire zip as you downloaded it, withour extracting the files from the zip!

Please read again the instructions and follow them to the letter.
