a form with options ?

Hi I been looking at the forms and trying to find what I’m looking for but it doesn’t seem like anyone ask that questions if someone did and they get a answer please forgive me for asking it again J
Ok this is my question
I’m trying to build this form for a car website so I need it to have options
Example
Jeep
And then I need only for jeep option let’s say 2x2 or 4x4 but it would show up only for the jeep
And so on and so on
So what car they pick only the right options will show up for that type of car
I hope someone know what I mean and know how to do it with BV 10.12

Hi,
Ok let me try to explain it better
What I need the form to do is this
That as a drop down options
Example
Make: (drop down) ford
Model: (drop down) crown Victoria
And so on with different cars and models
So what I need to do is only when u pick the type of make let’s say ford u would get only ford models cars options nothing else
I hope that better because I really don’t know how I can explain it better L
here is a website that as something like that http://www.dreamcarsintl.com/ when u at the site press the buy tab and u would take you the form like i want it to be

OK
That demo site uses a database to fill the model box based on the make which was first chosen.

You will need a customised PHP script for this or some type of CMS program.

This requires an Ajax depenedent dropdown, if it needs to be Database driven, OR a Javascript dependent dropdowns script. It actually depends on the nr of makes and models

I do have a Cars makes/models also, but the site is not finished yet, so i don't feel like posting a link yet.
