hi i made a form on my page and connected it to a php page saying thank you, but when i click on submit it take me to a page that says index of ne 1 know why, here is the link www.shgamers.com/recruitment.html

I have check your form,
Probably your recruitment.php now is in your sub directory(recruitment.php), and not in parent directory where your form is.
so upload recruitment.php to public_html and not to public_html/recruitment.php
