newbe help! with getting a form to work

ok so yeah im a newbe but i built a form into my website for school and they dont need it to work but i cant leave it undone its just not right. I am using it for potential employers to look at and give me there info if interested in me. the form is done but i cant figure out how to make it work to get the info that is inputed to be sent to me via email or whatever please help. my site is http://www.benbernier.webs.com i dont have the nav link up yet becuase the form doesent work but that page is http://www.benbernier.webs.com/contact.htm Please help my brain hurts!!
