Form question

hello to all! I have created a form on my site using form wizard and it works well,but I only have 1 question..How can I prevent the same email address from submitting in my form?Because I have received 2 same email address from the same form.Can anybody help me with this?Thank you..

To do that you will need a much more powerfull script and database combination with email validation and checking. If you are really that concerned with it I would contact Navaldesign, he probably has what you need but it may cost.
