Hello cullmanhere, First I must say your website awesome as I love your layout. I looked at your Contact page which is a lot better than mine as far as setting it up and get it to work. Mine is messed up for some reason.

I wanted to point out about your page as I clicked on the navigate button (athletic Uniforms) which gives me the pop up windows. I was awe about it and how on earth you get those icon with the mouse over it and the text changes and could you teach me how to do that? You can check out my website: http://theultimatefitness.net

        Thanks

I think you are taking about the glass button; it is on the left side bar toward the buttom....just click on it and a "Glass Button" will go in to your work area and you can edit the parameters from there. Your site is awesome. How do you do the top navigation to look like folder tabs like that?

I just checked out your contact us; I think you need to change your "encoding type" to multipart to get rid of that garble above it...not sure....let me know if that works.
