creating a form with secured features

I want to create a form which will have payment information,actual payment will not be processed.only information will be collected.
and then i want a form which will get the information plus process the payment through any gateway like paypal or authorize.net
can someone please help me and i want it to be secure transfer.

If you go to paypals website, and click on mercant tools, they provide a form generator that will create a form, that once submitted will go to their site to get payment, and then it can be set to redirect back to your website for a confirmation page that payment was accepted
