    error message when submitting form

I get the following error message when I try to submit my form, http://www.hockeyjobmarket.com/registration_europe.html .

The requested URL /www.hockeyjobmarket.com/success.html was not found on this server.

I set up the form to go take the user to the above site and I have published a success.html document that is showing up in my files in the correct folder. What could cause the form to not function properly?

In the form properties you have this in the success url

go back and change it to read simply success.html save and republish. While your at it besure the error url is correct as well, I can not find your error page.

Thanks for your help, Ed. Unfortunately, I could not get any changes to work for that page so I had to start all over. There must have been something wrong with the form.

My next problem is that I have two different forms on my website and I cannot have both of them directed to the same 'success.html' page. Is it possible to have two different names and, if so, what could they be?

      Thanks again.

Yes just name them differently, the main thing is that the page names must match the url's you enter in the form properties. You could have them go to the same ones if you wanted (I do) Also I suggest using the form wizzard, you can still add (or delete) fields needed but it takes much of the owrk out of creating the form, just be sure to check the box for the built in form processor.

          Hi Novaguy,

I've used all my Forms with the same /success.html or /error.html
They all work fine... You don't have to type the whole http://www....../success.html again... Just create with a fresh page and name it success.bvp / error.bvp

          Hope this helps...
          Best Regards,

          Foo

Dont add any extension (BV adds the bvp automatically until you publish) many people get confused on this point.

For me, I deleted the full stop. So it becomes /success.html

              It still works...
