New problem

I'm trying to set up a form for an E-Mail Club on every page..PHP? If I only set it up on the front page, how do I name it? Can't do "index" ? "How can I call it "contact us"?

Sharon you can call the form something like email_club perhaps? The form name is for your reference only. Any page you have a form will need to be php.

If.. you are trying to do a contact form for a php include so you can just put the INCLUDE on every page.. then simply call the include page with the form contact.php

Just remember you will have to call for it on each page that you want it to appear just like the tutorial for the menu page

Karen, have you actually tried this method for forms because I've never been able to get this to work?

Words - Images ---Yes Forms ----no

Edit: To all intents and purposes it looks like it should work but it doesn't

Darren.. No.. I havent done it but theres no reason WHY it shouldnt work that i can think of.. as long as its linked correctly
