Email from form incomplete

Hello,

I have a form in the following page:

silverbrasforcancer.com/purchasebra.php

The form has 2 Radio buttons and a Submit. I am receiving Emails that the form has been submitted but the only information in the email is this:

Values submitted from web site form:
Designation : designation
I need to know which button was selected in order to take the appropriate action.
Any ideas or advise...please and thank you!

Hey,

I finally solved this...in the properties for each radio button, I had the same group name but also the same value...oops, the value needs to be specific for each button. Chris
