Form to leave and show comments

I want to make a form for people to leave comments and show them on the same page. I don't know how to do that, could anyone help me?

BV doesn't have this functionality. You would have to create a form and then write a script to insert it into a database or save it in a file, and then another script to read the database (or file) and display the comments.

BV has a built in guestbook that can be customized visually. It can be used for your purposes.
