error page an d thank you page error

Hello,

Can somebody tell me what am i doing wrong: I followed the tutorial, checked many times but I could not find the problem, I created and published a error page and a thank you page for my site but when I test submit on my contact page (no filling the blanks) this is the message I get:

Error = Illegal Form Submission The field Name is missing ! The field Service_Requested is missing ! The field Phone is missing ! The field Email is missing !
Errorpage = http://www.soscleaningsolutions.com/errorpage.php

Now when I fill the blanks this is the message I get:

Error = Illegal Form Submission
Errorpage = http://www.soscleaningsolutions.com/errorpage.php

can somebody give me a hand thanks so much
