Hello Navaldesign,
Thank you for your great ABVFP and your advice on making php menus. I have used both on a few different sites and they really work great. The only issue I have had lately with BV 10.1 is some cross style issues when I have both a php header and php footer on the same page. It sometimes doesn't allow me to have different styles for links on both and defaults to the one of the footer.
I am wondering if this issue is somehow affecting my current problem with the ABVFP "Error Window" not showing any information. I have followed the instructions to the letter (i hope) and the successful posting is fine - all the messages get forwarded and responses set, but my error page doesn't seem to be linking into the ABVFP php data and comes up blank. You can see my test page at: www.casadecampoluxuryvillas.com/emailsignup2.php
I have checked my links and the use of www is consistent on all. I have also checked caches, etc. and both IE and FF web browsers.
What I have done new was that originally I had the form set up using the BV form processor but now I wanted to add captcha (due to too many spammers) so I changed it to ABVFP and "undid" any of the form validation from the original set-up. I thought perhaps I was only "not getting" the error from the captcha box but it seems to be the other input areas as well. As I stated previously in this format as well I have a php header and a php footer both pasted as .html boxes on top and bottom.
If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it or a link to another answer somewhere (I did try to do an extensive search in previous posts but didn't find a solution.)
I also wanted to make a suggestion that you have Vodahost add your application in the cpanel under the list of "Fantastico" downloads to set up the ABVFP as one of the self-loading applications. It's so useful.
Best regards,
