Adding selections to a cart

New here, hope this is in the right forum.

I am building a website which displays photos I have taken of local events. People can order the photos, but not directly on my website. Basically, they e-mail me a list of which photos they want and I hand deliver them at the next event.

So, now to my question. Is there a way to compile a list of photos they want while they are viewing them on the website and then e-mail the list or add the list to something like a shopping cart, but they would not pay directly on my website? I am looking for something like click on a box or something associated with the photo adds it to the list??

Hope I explained what I am looking for enough, thanks in advance for any help offered!!

You would need a custom or addon cart to do this.
