    404 error

I have created 2 forms using the wizard. The 1st on worked fine except that it had all kinds of script on the top of the page. I as told I created it wrong and would have to recreate it. I totally deleted that page and created a 2nd form using the wizard and following the video. I have linked it to my pages the same way I have linked everyother page on my site but the error comes up. I have saved it as contactouroffice

I have linked it to http://www.energyandfuelsolutions.ca...ouroffice.html

    what am I doing wrong

        Re: 404 error

I have another question. After testing my form, the email only said

        Values submitted form website form.

Do I have to set up values on the form? if so what are the values

Yes.. right click, properties on each element of the form and change the value or the label of the fields so it will correspond to what you are asking for.. ie.. email.. email.. etc

Right click on the form itself.. properties.. and add a value for the form itself.. like maybe what you named it as well.
