how to get files uploaded via my web form

Hi, I am a VodaHost customer. My domain name is ls-jp.com.

Here is my problem:

I created a form with fileupload. I got a link to the file uploaded in my mail. But when clicking the link, a file not found error message appears.

Please advice how. Should I do something with advanced form processor?
