Is this an ABVFP form? If not, how to convert?

Hi, the form on my contact page on my main (root-domain) site seems to be getting spammed more often every day. I just logged into my cPanel and I do have the ABVFP folder there in the root directory, but I'm not sure if the form on this page was created using ABVFP or not (don't recall exactly when I created this form):

If it isn't an ABVFP form, how can I convert it to one, or start over and create one? If it is an ABVFP form, what can I do to improve security on it? I'm getting around 10 to 20 spam emails a day from my form--all from "******.com" addresses.

Also, every time someone submits info thru this form, I get the message I should, labeled "From" the e-mail address they entered, PLUS another (blank) message with "Invalid Address" in the "From" field. How can I make these "Invalid Address" messages stop? THANK YOU.

Your form is NOT being processed by ABVFP.

To change it, you need to download and install ABVFP, then you simply change the form action.

To take advantage of ABVFP's antispam features, you need to replace the field names to use ABVFP's extensions (used for validation)

If you download and read the manual, you will understand it.

I just looked in my cPanel's file manager, and in the root directory, I have a folder labeled "ABVFP". In it are numerous files that could only have gotten there by me downloading ABVFP. I can send you a screen shot of the top of this list of files if it would help. Two other things:

      - When I click open the form, the "Action" field is grayed out and I can't type into it.
      - Where can I find the ABVFP manual you mentioned?

      Thanks . . .

Doownloading the ABVFP zip and uploading the files on your website, doesn't necessarily means that you have also ABVFP installed.

The manual is included in the ABVFP zip you downloaded. If you no longer have it, download it again.

The action is greyed out because, in your form properties dialog window, you have checked the "Use built in Form Processor". You need to uncheck this in order to use ABVFP.

Thanks, but I can't even find an ABVFP .zip on my hard drive or in my cPanel's File Manager (although I do have the ABVFP folder I mentioned in File Manager).

I've looked on this page for a link that will let me re-download that .zip:
http://www.dbtechnosystems.com/free_abvfp.php but it's not there. Please, where I can I re-download the ABVFP .zip?

What do you mean "it is not there" ????

Just click on the "Download ABVFP" button....
