Hi there,
I am looking for a way to use the opt-in form on my index page after input of name and e-mail/ submit and then redirect to thankyou page can't seem to get it right just end up with error -page not found

Have you created & published your success & fail pages. This will also will only work when all pages are on your server & not just in preview. But would need your published page too check fully.
