is it possible to include payment button on form

Hi I am very pleased I have easily created a form, but was wondering is it possible to make a payment within the same form for goods purchased or is it best to pay once directed to 'form successful' page and then they send money seperately via a paypal buttton there. my site is www.cherryart.co.uk
