Why is it so difficult to get help!!!

I posted a request yesterday and today it is gone. I submitted a support ticket and the agent couldn't help me and decided to ignore my problem. there is no telephone # to call for assistance and in the meantime i have no idea of what to do.

Can someone with any knowledge about forms contact me? Is that possible???

Check out the domain name Master-Fitness.com and inquire today.

I was looking at your coments/ questions page yesterday and noticed 2 things.

    1) This page opens in a new window - not good. You end up with the 2 cartoon women talking at the same time. In the link properties, target field, delete anything that is in there so the field is empty.
    2) When the form has been submitted you are taken to a scrambled page. Your success page link should be http://www.master-fitness.com/success.php (not .html)

    Was there anything else?

Re: Why is it so difficult to get help!!!

Thx for your assistance. I removed the pop-up settings and converted the success page to php. The codes on top of the success page are gone, so thx alot. Also, I will reset the characters so they don't talk over one another. This will be my project for this evening, so thx again for your suggestion.

Only issue remaining now is that I have a link entitled take the tour. This link leads to another form which is on my tour_signup page. Once the visitor fills out the form it should lead them to the tour page.

What is happening is that they fill out the form and it goes straight to a search engine. The address in the bar reads:

      http://www.fastbrowsersearch.com/results/results.aspx?sgp=1&q=master-fitness.com%2ftour_signup.php&c=web&s=FDNS&v=4&tid ={9DBAE6A3-3926-07D2-6BB1-A95D174E3D06}

Before I hear again that my success url is not ./tour.html, I assure you that it is. I just tried to change it to php. to see if that may have been the problem but it is not.

Can u tell me how to fix this problem. Thx so much! :)

I have tried your tour_signup page and the success page it takes you to is,
http://www.master-fitness.com/successful.html not right as you see.

Then scanned your site and found.

        and
http://www.master-fitness.com/success.php this one i believe is the one you wish your customers to land on if so, edit the form on the tour_signup page so that the success page reads the above URL and repulish.

As Darren said we are not getting redirected to a search engine.
