Form to send multiple mails itself for the email address fed in by the user?

you may have noted that i wish the user to add his/her name and email address, and also to the guys who wants to refer to my site. So i am still wondering how to send the emails to those email address which has been fed by the user in my form automatically? Kindly help me to solve out my situation. I have not checked the Built-in processor button, i am using the multipart/form data option for encoding type. Please help me general.
