Would reset account to new primary domain name and retry with a clean install. Hope it works.

Permissions of the folder should be 755.

777 will cause the above error.

          ????

          From the tutorial:

          Installation Instructions:

          5. Upload all the extracted files (gif and jpg files included) in this ABVFP folder. Do NOT upload the .bvp files files, they are only useful for opening them in your web builder.

Make sure that all files have permissions 644.

          Troubleshooting:
Depending on the server settings, this procedure might fail if the permissions for the ABVFP are set to the normal 755. In these cases, to complete the installation, you need to turn the permissions of the ABVFP folder in your site, to 777. If this is your case. after installation, you MUST turn these permissions back to the normal value 755. You can change the folder permissions using your favorite FTP program or your File Manager.

            Re: ABVFP with addon domain

            Hello George,
Thanks, I was able to install ABVFP and went to ABVFP control panel and set settings.

            1. For the question "Create automatically Database Table ? " did not see a No option - will it create a new table for every entry ?

            2. Also, where can I now view the form with the options to add fields in the actual form.

            3. There is an instruction that says that "If this is a new form, please remember that you need to set the form action to be "dbts_abvfp.php", and the value of the hidden field set to be the same as the Form ID number that appears here." - where do we need to set this.

            Thank you so much.

              1. At the moment ABVFP will only create the database table automatically. This was my decision because many users were creating the database tables wrongly, and this caused me too many efforts in supporting them.

The script will create 1 table for each form, and will add all records (submissions data) in that unique table.

              2. If you add fields in a form in the future, the script will automatically add the necessary columns in the DB table, you need not do anything.

              3. The "action" should be "dbts_abvfp.php" or, even better, http://www.yourdomain.com/ABVFP/dbts_abvfp.php.
When you setup a new form in the ABVFP control panel, it will display a confirmation page that will show you the form ID number, as it has been setup in the Database. So go in your BV, double click the form, and set a hidden field named "Formid" with value the formid number that ABVFP has displayed.
