File upload fails for no obvious reason

    Hi,

I'm really not sure what I am doing wrong. I have done this a hundred times before and never had any problem.

I have recently changed the look of our website. In doing so, I had to publish all the pages again. Everything went smooth except the "File upload" section. I have tested this page at least 10 times and all I get is the "Error page".

Here's the link to the file upload page:

Please be kind enough to help me out with this. Our online registration is severely affected.

Thanking you in advance for your input/help.

I sent 2 emails via the form marked as test?
Check your form, as it seems that you have the success page url in twice
    IE:http://www.theconfab.net/www.theconfab.net/success.html
    & should be http://www.theconfab.net/success.html

Thanks a lot for giving a helping hand. I have sorted the old problem but the new one's as you mentioned above. The page url shows twice in the browser. I have no idea why.

Could it be because of two forms on the website? I have online registration form and contact us form for which the "success and failure" pages are the same?

Should I delete the forms and success and failure pages from the server and upload them again?

I think I found it! Somehow the success and failure pages got published in '.php' and '.html'.

I think, I'll have to delete them all first and then upload.

          Let me try it.

Nah it ain't working. When I do online registration at http://www.theconfab.net/registration_form.php

the success page shows up as http://www.theconfab.net/www.theconfab.net/success.html

            and page not found message.

When I try out the 'contact us' form at http://www.theconfab.net/contact_us.php

the success page shows as above (that is; twice) - http://www.theconfab.net/www.theconfab.net/success.html

            What am I doing wrong?

Everything was fine before. This problem has shown its ugly face since I changed the look of the website. :(

I'm sure that you have done this already but check your form and make sure that the address is correctly entered.
It never hurts to check once more.
I worked on a page for 2 hours last night and couldn't get it to work.
And...right in front of me as big as can be was the mistake.

No problem with the address, Terry. What I'm doubting is that it could be because of two forms (though I had no problem before BV released the latest version). Maybe the two forms are having some coding conflict. I could be well wrong but that's what I doubt.

I think naveldesign can sort this one out.

What form are you using...ABVFP...or the BV generated forms.

In the success URL are you entering www.yoursite.com/success.html ????
If so that is the problem.... success.html is all that should be in that area.
                        multi-part form??

Sorted! Thanks for the advise, Terry. What I did is instead of typing in the success and error url in the form wizard, I browsed to the pages. Here you go ... problem solved!

Thanks for they help lads. :)
