  • Publishing a form

    Hi
I am missing something really simple I am sure but can't find it.
I created a form and published it, all worked lovely. I then needed to redo page because of other issues and to add a paypal button, created a new page from a template, copied the form (is this the problem?) then added paypal and published. The new and improved form didn't show up the old one did. F5, clear cache, reboot, nothing worked still got 1st form. Went to FTP and deleted the form. Now I am getting the 404 File not found message. When I publish I get succesfully published message. What have I done or not?

    Re: Publishing a form

I see the page and the correct link is http://www.readysteadyanglais.com/inscription.php

The new form page, with the PayPal button, is in http://www.readysteadyanglais.com/inscription.html

You have by mistake published it as .html

Pls note that the PayPal button will NOT work because it lies on the form, and, being itself a form (PayPal buttons are forms) it conflicts.

    Solution:

Drag the right part of the paypal button object until it is long enough to get outside the main form border, then set the page to be published as .php, Save, Publish, Refresh your browser to test.
