Is there an easy way to set up a form that allows people to subscribe and unsubscribe without me having to manually anything? For example, a form with some kind of online database that does not allow the same email address to be used multiple times.
I know there are complicated ways of doing this but I'm looking for something more simple if possible. Similar to constant contact or some other email subscription service.
