Multiple Form Publishing - Help Please...

Hi...
I have 4 pages that I've created for my site. 3 of the pages have forms. They have all been published in php except the page without the form(guarantee page). The index page(published in php) works fine, but the other 2 pages are not showing at all. I get an error message from Google.
Kinda scratching my head here...suggestions please?

Thanks...I figured it out...I forgot to name all the links ".php" instead of ".html".
Duh!

It may prevent some problems if you go into your server and delete the html versions.
