I have a simple form in my website containing some text fields. Someone send me an insulting and threatening message using my form. He used fake name, telephone number and email address. Is there any way i can get to know this person's ip or something?

The ip that was used is probably logged in one of the stat scripts, but I don't know how your going to identify which ip it was that sent it. Perhaps if you make a support ticket they can trace the email to a time, and the time to an ip of users who visitied the form at that time. Even if you get the ip there isn't much you can do. If it was a serious threat, perhaps you can report to the police, but if they don't live in the same country then there isn't anything that you can do
