some part of form not working

Could some kind person take a look at

and see if they can see why the reset button does not work and the comments text and zip does not show up in my email email?
I've tried redoing and re-publishing but can't see what is wrong.
    Thanks!!

Re: some part of form not working

The reset button, the text area and another field are outside the form boundaries (even though they might seem to be on the form)

Solution: move them a couple of pixels each until you see teh form border become blueish, which stands to indicate that they have become part of the form.

Save, Publish, Refresh the browser to test.

Thanks again Naval- I never would have figured that out!!

Now I'm trying to make the error page work. It publishes like this:

When I submit the contact form http://www.humnew.com/contactus.php
with no info (aka error) it still goes to the confirmation page.

      I don't see what I'm doing wrong.
      Hopefully you can help?

The error page will only report hacking attempts.
To make your form fields mandatory, you need to validate your fields using the BV built in validation tools.

Double click each field and select Validate, then set the validation type you need for each field.
