Captcha not showing

I did a form using the form wizard, but forgot to put a captcha in. How do I do it afterwards. If I drag it from the toolbar and publish the page it isn’t there.
I redid the contact us form putting it in and it works great, but now I want to put it in on the booking form as well. www.globalsafaris.co.za. (I did press F5 a hundred times)

I don't drag the items, I click the icons and then drag them from where they display.

Make sure it is completely on your Form and not extended beyond any borders, for it will not function (and probably not display defaulted) properly unless it is totally contained upon the Form.

If it "is" there and then again "not" after publishing, it is most likely due to your pages caching and not showing the current version. If you are having difficulty cleaning your browser's cache, you may wish to dump the Temp Files folder under Internet Options.
