Blank forms coming through

I have made a form and when I test it by filling it in and sending it off all I recieve is an empty email with the title 'Values submitted from website form:'
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Ah have worked out that on the form properties under encoding type I needed to have it selected on ' multipart/form-data'.
Have done that now and all is working well!
