Sign In/ Sign Up / etc.. Tutorials?

I need to add these forms Sign Up, Sign In, Log out, etc..., but i can't find any tutorials for this.

I did it once, long time ago and i found this information from Navaldesign ( i guess), i can't find it any more.

Any Help?
