You create these pages just like any other.

Please give us a link to your contact page so we can take a look.

Re: creating error and success page

        is your success page ...../thanks.html?

        If so

        You haven't published it!!

When you do paste this link http://www.khetabat.com/thanks.html into the 'success' field in the form properties because at the moment it's all messed up.

Then do the same for the error page

Yes and you can call them/ publish them what you want, I'm just telling you what I've seen by looking at your site.

Have you published a page called 'thanks'?

It will not be shown unless the configuration requires it ... if you have not entered any requirements, or "validation" configurations for your fields, then it will not be considered a submission in error, and will not show the error page.

These settings are available for each Field (or entry area) in your Form's PROPERTIES.

Re: creating error and success page

You have no validation for any of your form elements

Double click each one to get to the properties. You want the forth tab along 'Validate'. It's moved on a little bit since I last looked but anyhow choose then 'data type' and you check 'custom error message' box.

Remember if your visitor is taken to this page, make sure there is a link on it to take them back to the contact page.

Also you don't need to validate all the elements, just the ones that are crucial to you and the email address.

You'll be pretty safe if you go no wider than 992 pixels.

Also centre your pages horizontally (also found in Page Properties)
