Form to collect data and upload to database. Is this possible in Blue Voda?

I have a customer that is asking if Blue Voda software allows data collection, calculation, and then upload to a database.
I am thinking you can collect any kind of data from a form... but the uploading to a database has me stumped.

Have that "customer" join the forum themselves to learn how to create a database and scripting specifically designed to accomplish such a task. There are many threads previous that highlight many manners in which to do this.

Much is to be lost in translation or by second-hand interpretation.
