Hey BV Nation!
I have a job application page with a form people can use to fill out an app on-line -- http://www.mmionline.com/job-application.php -- and it is really giving me fits!!
I used the built-in form processor with BV and named the form JobApplicationForm. The Success URL is: ./job-application-success.php and the Error URL is: ./error.php.
When the form is completed and submitted on-line, rather than submitting the application and going to the job-application-success.php page, it returns to the original job application URL as above but it shows the error page (minus the header and footer). Very weird.
I'm hoping just another set of eyes can see the problem and I would appreciate someone looking at this page - http://www.mmionline.com/job-application.php - and seeing if you can see where the problem might be. Let me know if there is additional information you need to troubleshoot this problem.
NOTE: It's a pretty long form, but the only thing it requires to be filled out is the first block of Education Obtained (about half-way down the page) and the signature and date at the end.
Thanks in advance,
Scott
