All of a sudden...My forms go straight through to the error page!

Hello,

Everything was absolutely fine... but since BV changed my IP address my forms are all directing straight to my Error page.
I don't know if it has anything to do with the new IP address??
I have done lots of forms before and all my old forms are still fine but recently, every form I create....when I test it and click 'send' I am directed to my own Error page and the form results don't reach me. I have checked that the success and error URLs are entered correctly and I have tried re-doing the forms but with the same results.
This has happened more than once since the IP address was changed.
