    Form Submission to email.

    hello there,
    tried a couple of things but havent got success as yet..what i am trying to do is accept some information from the visitor of the website like his name, address email address. ect. and when he clicks on the submit button this information should go to my email address which i created using blue voda...kindly help how do i go about creatig this form withe elements in it .
