cannot link the contact us page

Ok, I know I am doing something wrong, but for the life of me I cant work out what it is. I have built numerous sites using blue voda but this one page is just not playing ball. I have created a contact us page and put a form on it. I have saved it as contactus.bvp. I presume it has published as php? Anyway on my index page I have a link to my pages and I have put the following link inwww.rochesterphysiotherapy.co.uk/contactus.html. Now that link will not go there I keep getting the page cannot be found link. I changed the link to www.rochesterphysiotherapy.co.uk/contactus.php but it still wouldnt go there.

I really would appreciate any help. Not sure what to do. my faq page link works fine

http://www.rochesterphysiotherapy.co.uk/contactus.php is the correct link.

Change the link in your menus, save and publish the pages, and refresh your browser to test.

Thank you, I have found the problem to be that Google Chrome and Internet Explorer are not picking up the newest published version. Also my form wont work ha ha, not sure why, will have to sit and look deeper into it.

I know you are the expert, so if I cannot get it to work can I please ask the question.

Ok, can I please tell you my problem? Its driving me mad ha ha. I have made my page www.rochesterphysiotherapy.co.uk/contactus.php. I have published it. The file extension is php. In the FTP manager it shows as contactus.php. When I go to Google Chrome or Internet Explorer and click the link contact us it say error 404 cannot be found and the file extension is showing as https://www.rochesterphysiotherapy.c...??????????????

Also, I cannot get my form to link to the success page, again I get the error 404 message.

95% chance you just need to clear your cache as your computer is bringing up an old page. Or go to the page & hit F5 many times.

The rest of your pages were already published when you had linked the contact page as contactus.html

You need to change your menus and republish your pages so that the menus are updated with the new link (the .php file)

Then we can see about the issue with the "success" page.

Thanks for your reply Chris but no its nothing to do with the cache, it does it on other computers so... and Naval, I have re published the page many times, as I said the page in my FTP manager is contactus.php. Very strange but I will keep trying. I have built many sites with many links, this is the first time its happened. If I do it through preview it works fine just not when I have published them, its as if its not updating the files. Anyway, I am sure it will work in the end, I will delete the page, rebuild it and republish it. Now that dastedly success page?
