My form does not send me an email after submission

How do I get my form to send me an email with customer selections?
I have my e-mail listed in the form processing section. The submit button does link to the correct page to complete the purchase. I did notice that the submit button does not show up on the view page source info. I did add the submit button when initially setting up the form.
