Hi Im having real problems in getting my email success and error pages to function on my site, It used to work well! It would help if I understood perhaps the layout of the folders in the ftp folder.
When I publish the Success folder to public_html it seems OK but the site can't find this page, I have tried to make sure the web address is fully typed in the Form. The strange thing I don't understand is that I am running another website in the same ftp and it works OK? the website pages are all under a sub directory of the additional website.
The main website only seems to work if the folders are published randomly to the ftp, it doesn't seem to work if I create a dirctory with the website name?
I notice that in the form you can search for the correct page but this doesn't work either.
Any ideas?
