When I try to publish my contact form it doesnt show up on my published site. It also has a bunch of script or html in the background on the top of my page. I have tried to use the tutorial but I am still missing something. The tutorial shows the basic setup of the form but it doesnt take thru the data base part of the setup. Help! Then when the script at the top of the page is gone so is the form

1. Make sure that you have selected "Page Extension: PHP" in Page Properties (if using the Wizard) and that you are publishing the page as ".php" rather than ".html"
2. You have a Form on your index page, which means that this page also needs to be published as PHP and the selections made in both FORM and PAGE Properties.
