Hi Can someone tell me how to create a Success page for use in a form, so after it is filled in and submitted, it redireccts back to the website.

Your 'Success' page is simply another real page of your website that "appears" after the Form has been properly submitted and processed.

You should able able to get a grasp on the concept by seeing how a properly configured Form operates.
