Protection Against Spam Bots

I'm new at this and not only do I have to come to grips with the terminology but in fact all of the pitfalls. How do I protect my "Contact Us" form against spam bots?

Install the CAPTCHA feature which prevents scripts, bots, and non-human Form submission.

From the BlueVoda Workpane Toolbar: INSERT > FORM > CAPTCHA

Be sure that this feature (as with every other Form element) is well within the FORM margins, and sequenced before your SUBMIT button. You can see an example of a properly installed and configured CAPTCHA on a working webpage HERE
