    subject line mail-in form

Hi, I have put a mail-in form on my front page, entitled "inquiry". It works perfectly, but after I have it in my mailbox, I have no idea who sent it. Is there a way that a visitor can enter their name on a subject line or even name line for the form, so that after I get it, it will show that name without my having to open the mail? I file all my emails, so it would be much more convenient. The only present solution I came up with was to forward it to myself, with their name in the subject line. http://maravillamountain.com Thanks!

It is up to you to "classify" or simply "rename" email successfully delivered before (or as) you move it to other Folders or areas within your email Client.

Other than specially labeling the original email Memo field via FORM PROPERTIES, there is no possibility of a single-function script of changing the information formatting once submitted.
