Hi im trying to build a form with dropdown with options

Hi maybe someone can help me im trying to make a form that as how3 combo box dropdown for example

1 ( Make ) 2 ( Year) 3 (model )

so when someone will chose make Ex( Toyota 2001 ) they would get on drop down box 3 only Toyota cars models and I need it to be link to paypal so when they put all the info and press buy now that would go to paypal in the shopping card with that info
