Form not working

Hi General,
I tested my form www.hyipshadow.com/addahyip.php but it isn't working.
I must have made a mistake somewhere!
Will you please have a look and see if you might be able to offer a solution?

Hi, you need to make sure that the submit button is falling on the form field and BlueVoda, you should also add it last of all, if this does not work, please open a support ticket so a technician can look at the form for you!

Hi General,
You were right!!!
I did as you suggested.
I deleted and recreated the submit button, making double sure that it falls within the form area.
Everything is working fine now.
